At Heritage Bank, the health and well-being of our customers, team, and communities is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the latest developments and guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Here is what we are doing to help you during this uncertain time as well as alternatives to visiting our branch(es) for your banking and financial needs.

Take Advantage of Online and Mobile Banking Services

We encourage you to use our self-service banking tools which allow you to easily access your accounts without having to go to the bank. Use our Online Banking and Mobile Banking app.  Download our Online Banking app Online Banking today or contact us for assistance in enrolling. This will allow you to:

  • View transactions, check balances, and deposit checks
  • Download statements
  • Make payments
  • Transfer funds
  • In addition, you can visit TELLER live!™ at any of our 7 locations or use a branch with drive through lanes.  Drive thru locations and hours of operation are available on our website at https://www.heritagebank.com/ or Click to Browse Locations.

Watch for Fraud Attempts

Criminals often increase their efforts to take advantage of the uncertainty people are feeling. Watch for suspicious calls or emails asking you to provide information. In particular, fraudsters may send phony emails about the coronavirus and ask for personal or banking information. Don’t fall victim to these schemes. When in doubt, please call us.

At This Time, We Are Open to Serve You

Our associates are ready to help you with your banking needs and questions. We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting procedures at our branches and have hand sanitizer available. We also encourage everyone to wash their hands after handling money. As this situation is ever changing, please check our website and social media for updates.

 Heritage Bank cares about the health and protection of our families, employees, customers and community. In   compliance with guidelines from the CDC, Heritage Bank will limit lobby transactions beginning Friday, March 20th for   Fayette County branches, and Monday, March 23 for other branch locations - until further notice.

 Our drive through is still open during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4 pm, and staff is available to   continue to assist you with your financial needs.

Dear Stakeholders:

Our bank has a very short tenure of existence, but a deep and lengthy heritage. When we came together last September, we combined the operations of three banks. The Heritage Bank, Heritage Bank, and Providence were founded in 1911, 1955, and 2006, respectively. We are not only blessed with deep roots in our communities, but we have a great team of bankers that are committed to serving our communities.

Often our age or the color of our hair indicates the experiences we have in life. When we look around the board room or the executive table, we are comforted to see a seasoned group interspersed with the creativity of youth. We see board members from all walks of life and bankers that have weathered many a storm. Today and in the weeks and months ahead we will draw on those experiences and the wisdom they have created to navigate the challenges we all face throughout the world.
